Q:  Will you be listing my house on the MLS or actually buying it?
A:  When you call us, we will not ask you to list your house. CSM Home Buyers LLC is not a broker and does not list houses. Our company will only give you a NO obligation offer to purchase your house. We are professional home buyers. We buy houses all around the Washington DC Metro Area.

Q:  Do you pay fair prices for properties?
A: Yes, of course, we do. If we did not give people a fair offer, then no one would ever sell their house to us. Q:  How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
A: We are very clear with how we have to determine each home value. We have to see where the house is located. Then figure out what repairs may be required. What’s the current condition of the house? What are the values of the surrounding houses in the neighborhood that have sold recently?

Our goal is to check out all that information so we can give you a fair and reasonable offer for your specific property. If our offer does not help you, then we won’t be able to buy your house. So we work hard to craft an offer that works for both ourselves and you, the homeowner.

Q:  Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
A: This is what makes us stand out from the traditional method of selling your house: There are NO fees or commissions when you sell your house us. We’ll make you an offer, and if it’s a fit then we’ll buy your house (and we’ll often pay for the closing costs too!). No hassle. No fees.
